An indoor rollator is a walking aid designed to give you support when walking at home. It is built for level floors and tight spaces, such as between furniture, through doorways and in the hallway and bathroom.
Trust Care's indoor rollators are 54.5–55 cm wide and weigh 6.5 kg. They have adjustable handles, a one-hand brake and a removable tray, so you can carry breakfast or a book between rooms.
Choose an indoor rollator when you mainly need support on level floors at home. Compare width, handle height and how easy the rollator is to manoeuvre where you will use it.
For walks on gravel, cobblestones and uneven paths, choose a model designed for outdoor use. Base your choice on both the support you need and the environments where you will use the rollator.
Let's Go and Let's Dream share many features: a removable tray, one-hand steering, a one-hand brake with parking brake and adjustable handles.
Let's Go is 54.5 cm wide and Let's Dream is 55 cm wide. Both weigh 6.5 kg and are 28 cm wide when folded.
Since the dimensions and core features are so similar, you can also compare the models' design, colours and accessories. If possible, try how the handle and brake feel.
Measure the clear width of the narrowest passages where you will use the rollator. Pay particular attention to doorways with the door open, gaps between furniture and the space in the bathroom.
Compare these measurements with the rollator's external dimensions and leave room to manoeuvre. Remember that you also need to be able to turn around. A rollator that only just fits through a doorway won't necessarily make the whole room easy to use.
The tray is for carrying everyday items between rooms, such as a plate, a cup, your phone or a book. On Let's Go and Let's Dream, the tray's maximum load is 5 kg and the accessory basket's maximum load is 3 kg.
The tray is removable, can be used separately and is included with both models. Baskets and bags are sold as accessories. See each product page for compatible accessories.
Yes, both Let's Go and Let's Dream are designed to be steered and braked with one hand. The brake acts on both rear wheels at the same time. When you park the rollator, you can engage the parking brake to lock the rear wheels.
If you have reduced grip strength, try the handle and brake before you buy, so you know you can use them comfortably and stay in control of the rollator.
The handle height should be adjusted to you, so that you can walk comfortably and reach the brake without stretching. On Let's Go and Let's Dream, the handle height adjusts from 83 to 95 cm.
If you already have a rollator that is correctly adjusted, you can compare the handle height with it. If you are unsure, an occupational therapist or physiotherapist can help with an individual fitting.
Let's Go and Let's Dream have soft TPR wheels designed to run quietly without marking the floor. The wheels are 15.5 cm in diameter, and the models are tested on surfaces such as wooden floors, tiles and rugs.
Conditions vary from home to home. A thin rug that lies flat is different from a thick rug, a loose rug edge or a high threshold. Check the spots where the floor surface changes, and if possible, try the rollator there.
Let's Go and Let's Dream each weigh 6.5 kg and measure 28 cm wide when folded. On both models, remove the tray before folding. Follow the instructions in the model's user manual.
If you will store the rollator in a cupboard or transport it by car, compare all folded dimensions with the available space. Also make sure the weight is manageable for whoever will lift it.
Let's Go and Let's Dream are intended for a maximum user weight of 100 kg. User weight should not be confused with the load capacity of the tray or basket.
Both models are CE marked and tested according to ISO 11199-2:2005. Trust Care's test centre also tests them for durability in daily indoor use, stability and parking brake function.
If you need a higher weight limit, choose a model with sufficient capacity, and check that its dimensions, handle height and intended use also suit your needs.
Let's Go and Let's Dream are delivered fully assembled with a tray and user manual. Unfold the rollator and follow the user manual for adjustments and checks before use.
