1. PURCHASE AND DELIVERY TERMS
1.1 Scope and Acceptance
These consumer terms and conditions of purchase (the “Terms”) apply when you (the “Customer”) place an order through TrustCare’s online store (the “Website”).
By placing an order on the Website, you make a binding offer to Trust Care AB (the “Company”, “TrustCare”, “we”, “us”, “our”) to purchase the products included in your order.
A legally binding agreement is concluded when TrustCare accepts your order by sending an order confirmation to the email address you provide.

Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order. We may update these Terms at any time by publishing an updated version on the Website. Your purchase is governed by the Terms in force at the time of your order.

The Website is intended for end consumers. If you intend to purchase products for resale or in a business capacity, please contact us before placing an order.
1.4 Markets
TrustCare sells directly to customers in selected markets. Direct e-commerce markets include: Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Switzerland, Austria, France, Spain, Ireland, and the United Kingdom. Customers in Norway and Germany are referred to authorised resellers via links on product pages. Market availability may change.
1.5 Language and Translations
The original version of these Terms is written in English. Local language versions may be provided through automated translation.
TrustCare does not guarantee the accuracy of automated translations. In case of discrepancies, the English version shall prevail.

3. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

4. ORDER AND CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
4.1 Placing an Order
After adding products to your shopping cart, you proceed through checkout, where a summary of your order and total amount is displayed before completion.
An order is placed when you submit payment in checkout.
4.2 Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This constitutes TrustCare’s acceptance of your offer and forms a legally binding agreement.
You are responsible for reviewing the order confirmation and contacting us promptly in case of errors.
5. TRUSTCARE’S RIGHT TO REJECT OR CANCEL ORDERS
All orders are subject to availability and security checks.
To the extent permitted by law, we may reject or cancel an order if:
• products are unavailable;
• fraud is suspected;
• information cannot be verified;
• the order appears to be for resale;
• pricing or technical errors occur;
• delivery is not possible; or
• circumstances beyond our control arise.
In such cases, any payment received will be refunded.
6. PRICES AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
6.1 Prices and Taxes
Prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include VAT where required by law.
For Switzerland (CH) and the United Kingdom (UK), orders are shipped under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms. This means:
• Local import VAT, customs duties, and carrier handling fees are not included in the checkout price;
• These charges are payable by the customer upon delivery.
6.2 Shipping Costs
Shipping is free for orders above €75 or equivalent. Any applicable shipping fees are displayed at checkout.
6.3 Product Information
Product descriptions and images are provided for illustrative purposes. TrustCare reserves the right to correct errors and update information at any time.
7. PAYMENT
Accepted payment methods may vary by market and include:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, UnionPay.
Payment is charged in accordance with the selected payment method.
8. RETENTION OF TITLE AND TRANSFER OF RISK
Ownership of the products remains with TrustCare until full payment has been received.
Risk for the products transfers to the customer upon delivery, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
9. DELIVERY
9.1 Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is normally 2–4 business days from dispatch.
Delivery times are indicative and may be affected by external factors.
9.2 Partial Deliveries
Orders may be delivered in multiple shipments depending on order size, availability, and packaging conditions.
9.3 Delivery Issues
Any visible damage or incorrect delivery should be reported as soon as possible.
10. CANCELLATION BEFORE DISPATCH
Orders may be cancelled or modified if TrustCare is contacted before shipment. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
11. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
11.1 Right of Return
Customers may return products within 30 days of receipt.
Returns are free of charge.
11.2 Return Conditions
Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and in original condition, including all accessories.

11.4 Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method after inspection of returned products.
12. STATUTORY RIGHTS AND COMPLAINTS
Customers have statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
Complaints regarding defects, incorrect delivery, or damage must be made within a reasonable time.
13. WARRANTY
TrustCare products are covered by a two-year warranty.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not apply to:
• normal wear and tear;
• misuse;
• accidental damage;
• unauthorised modifications;
• wear parts.
Proof of purchase is required.
14. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
TrustCare may provide access to third-party tools and services, which are provided “as is” and without warranties.
15. CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL (FORCE MAJEURE)
TrustCare is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, or transport disruptions.
16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Website content is protected by intellectual property laws and may not be used without written permission.
17. ERRORS AND OMISSIONS
TrustCare reserves the right to correct errors and cancel affected orders.
18. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Products and services are provided “as is” and “as available”.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrustCare is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Total liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected product(s).
19. SEVERABILITY
Invalid provisions do not affect the validity of remaining Terms.
20. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and referenced policies constitute the entire agreement between you and TrustCare.
21. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by Swedish law.
Disputes shall be resolved by Swedish courts, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
22. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms by publishing revised versions on the Website.
Continued use constitutes acceptance.
